Welcome to the North Dakota Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification (SAVIN) VINELink homepage. SAVIN is an innovative service providing crime victims and other concerned citizens free, prompt and confidential notification and information regarding important offender status information. Information is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with live operators available to assist callers.

SAVIN is a project of the ND Criminal Justice Information Sharing agency provided by a grant from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance.

* SAVIN is being set up, county-by-county, across the state. If the county jail you are looking for is not on the list, it means that SAVIN is not available in that county yet. You will need to contact your county victim services office for help.

**If the county jail you are looking for is "temporarily offline": Please contact your local jail or your local victim services agency for more help.

ND SAVIN has added VINE Protective Order (VPO) to its list of services. VPO will notify registered petitioners of the following key events:

* When the order has been served to the respondent.
* Hearing reminders and changes in hearing times and dates.
* Expiration of the order.
