Annual Meeting Documents

All Township Board Annual Meetings must be held on the 3rd Tuesday of March each year.

Listed below are various documents for each Township Board to complete on an annual basis.  If you are using Adobe Reader, the forms are only fillable and printable, not savable.  With Adobe Standard or Professional, the forms have the functionality of being saved as well.

Township - Budget/Meeting Documents 
Complete and return a copy of each to the County Auditor.
Includes: Schedule A & B, Certificate of Tax Levy, and Minute Report.

Township - Annual Statement 
Complete and return a copy to the County Auditor.

Township - Financial Report 
Complete and return a copy to the County Auditor.

Township - Board Member Documents 
Complete and return a copy of each to the County Auditor.
Includes: Election Poll and Tally, List of Officers and Contact Information Form.

Township - Miscellaneous Documents 
Includes: Checklist, Meeting Notice, Schedule B Help Document, and Official Oath.
