PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct two (2) public hearings during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:15pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commissioners will at this time hear all interested persons regarding two (2) proposed subdivisions.

Petitioners are seeking approval of subdivisions described as follows:

Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter, Section 9, Township 139N, Range 76W, Burleigh County.

This will be a four (4) lot subdivision.

Part of the Northeast Quarter, Section 5, Township 140N, Range 81 W, Burleigh County.

This will be a two (2) lot subdivision

If you are not able to attend this public hearing, you may submit your comments in writing to Burleigh County Building, Planning, Zoning, PO Box 5518, Bismarck, ND 58506-5518, or email at burleighcobuilding@nd.gov. Letters and comments must be received by 8:00 am on October 7th so they may be distributed to the Commissioners before the meeting. Letters and comments received after 8:00 am, October 7th will be distributed at the meeting. Copies of the proposed subdivisions are available at the Burleigh County Building, Planning Zoning office during normal business hours.
