Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Commission will conduct a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Monday, November 4th, 2024 at 5:00pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Commission will at this time hear all interested persons regarding the proposed jake brake ordinance.

PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance Amendments
Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 5:15 pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will at this time hear all interested persons regarding proposed amendments to the Burleigh County Zoning Ordinance.
Amending:
Article 8 – Special Uses to include – Solar Farms
Article 8 – Special Uses to include – Data Centers
Article 8 – Special Uses to include– Accessory Dwelling Units
These additions to Article 8 are available for review at the Burleigh County Building, Planning, and Zoning Office, 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck during regular business hours.

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 5:15pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commissioners will at this time hear all interested persons regarding a proposed subdivision and zoning change.
Petitioner is seeking approval of a one (1) lot subdivision and zoning change from A-Agricultural to R1- Rural Single Family Residential located at:

The subdivision plat is available for review at the Burleigh County Building, Planning and Zoning Department, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck, ND
